Location is great, close to the tram going downtown, the rooms are spacious, comfortable clean and beautiful, the small balcony is amazing, the bathroom is clean and very easy. We were touched by the great hospitality of the hosts: coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper and even pop corn were available , as well as clothes detergent. All this is very precious when you are traveling with short stays. And they have been very responsive all over our stay.

Quiet room. Breakfast excellent. Staff in reception, breakfast room and cleaning staff all friendly. Location was perfect for us. Loved the 2 comfy chairs with mini table.

Easy entry sistem, location ( park, restaurants, supermarket and tram just crossing the street)
Very clean room, comfortable and with kitchenett.
Comfy bed, curtains make the room dark, so you can sleep well. Everything smells fresh. Good variaty of Tv channels, wifi works well.
