Very clean hotel in Thamel. It is in a small street, where it is much quieter than on main streets, especially if you are lucky enough to get a room at the back end. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with chef preparing eggs as per your preference. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We arrived in the morning, but they gave us rooms for no extra costs. They arranged airport pick-up and drop-off.

I had one of the best hotel stays of my life at Kailash. The rooms were spacious, aesthetically pleasing, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable for a prolonged stay like ours (10 days on a business trip). The breakfast was delicious and diverse, as was the hotel’s restaurant — which I highly recommend you try! But what truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. The kindness and attentiveness of the team at Kailash were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They consistently anticipated our needs and provided whatever resources we required.
For example, one morning, we were too tired to wake up and overslept through breakfast. The staff thoughtfully called to let us know they were waiting for us to come and enjoy our meal — a gesture that truly amazed me. Special thanks to Dol, the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly.
I give my stay a 10/10, and the next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here before and after trekking. Great location if you need to do shopping for your trek and prefer authentic/western brands. Very close to Garden of Dreams.
The room is very comfortable and the staff nice and responsive. We left our bags here during our trek.
