I got injured right before arriving at the hotel. They treated me with such an emphaty and care, I could not imagine to be somewhere else with my issue. They called for me a local healer, who made me be able to step on my foot again. They were always there when I needed anything. I am very grateful to the staff and the owner of the hotel.

Stayed here at very short notice after completing the 4 day Inca Trail.
Couldn't ask for more! Comfy bedroom with large bathroom with bath and shower. Complimentary cocktails included. Just what we needed after 3 nights in a tent!!
The staff were very accommodating too. Loved this hotel.

You can geat early breakfast box if you have an activity early, the staff is wonderful. Sometimes they make dinner, like burgers or pizzas so it is very comfortable, you don’t need to go out and it is cheaper than eating outside hostel. It is a party hostel, but I slept very well, couldn’t hear any noise

The best thing was the staff! Karyna and Antony were amazing with us. Always caring about our needs and providing really helpful tips on what to do. Facilities were really good, pretty, and bring some history with it. The location is perfect really close to the main square and from the drop offs of the tours. The breakfast is really good.

Great hotel in a nice quiet location near the centre of Cusco. The rooms are located around a lovely courtyard with great views of Cusco and the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They agreed to keep our luggage while we spent a night near Machu Picchu. When we got back, Our luggage was in our room. A very nice touch. We also really liked the breakfast and complimentary coca tea.
