Both owners, husband and wife, were very friendly and kind. The wife gave me excellent instructions for using trams including how to buy tickets and how many stops before town which was super helpful! On my first morning I had to get up really early for my aushcwitz visit as I would miss breakfast she made me a packed meal which was left out for me to take. So very thoughtful. 😊I had a great stay and felt very welcome 🙏

It was an absolutely enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and it was well equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee, and a small fridge. The hotel is in a great location, especially convenient for travellers with a car. I also really liked the water refill station in the corridor. The hotel has a restaurant with the option of room delivery.

Super clean, nice, warm, very nice smell in the room, confy beds. Free parking, 24 hour front desk. Excellent breakfast. Close to down town - we took Bolt (taxi) cost like 7-8 eur to famous Market Place, drive around 10 min.
