The staff was really friendly, location is great, as hotel is right by the ocean. In the evening the sound od waves is the only thin one hears.
Self service buffet breakfast was great, there is a lot of choises. When weather was good, you can eat on the terrace. And semi circular room gives beautiful views of the ocean and cliffs near Funchal. Would come again!

The Hotel and staff were excellent and very friendly, a bit limited for children's activities but they enjoyed it, it is a more grown ups hotel. It was also close to the main town.

Location was close to the sea and coastal path, easy to walk in to the Capital. Forum Shopping centre and bus stops a few minutes walk away from accommodation. Airport Shuttle, Bus No9, passes by these stops every half hour. Cost 6 Euros. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

We had a great time - couldn't find a reason to complain. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided us with all the necessary information upon our arrival. We were a bit worried about localization a bit further from Funchal center, however the vicinity offered many restaurant, shops and attractions for our convenience.

We had an amazing one-night stay here. The staff are incredible—they took our luggage straight to the room while we were checking in and explaining the hotel features.
The room was lovely and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the welcoming treats of Madeira Wine and Bolo de Mel! The bed was comfy and warm, and the in-room coffee was delicious. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was wonderfully hot.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety from bacon and eggs to cereal and fresh fruit (the scrambled eggs are a must-try!).
We're already planning to come back next time to check out the swimming pool and spa. Thank you for a great experience!

Amazing location 👌. Transport links brilliant . It's at the entrance to Forum Maderia Shopping Mall . It's a brilliant and very well ran Complex . We thought it would be noisy but it wasn't. It was exceptionally clean and my Alexis the owner is extremely easy to communicate with . Highly recommend this massive apartment.
