The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning. As soon as we confirmed our reservation, they sent us all the information we needed and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Carlos and Patrícia were truly wonderful, always available and incredibly thoughtful, and we felt welcomed in a very special way. We stayed in the Garden suite, and it was absolutely lovely — spotless, cozy, and clearly prepared with great attention and affection. Every detail, from the layout to the small touches around the room, made our family feel comfortable and completely at home. Our children loved the space, and seeing them so happy made our experience even more meaningful. It’s a place that truly embraces families and makes them feel cared for. The location was perfect for us. Being close to the supermarket, metro, and bus stops made it extremely easy to move around with the kids and explore the city without any stress. Despite being in the heart of the city, the property felt peaceful and quiet, offering us the rest and calm we needed after full days of exploring. It was a wonderful balance between convenience and comfort. What we appreciated the most was how the whole experience felt genuine. We didn’t just stay somewhere nice — we felt welcomed, supported, and cared for. Our stay gave us beautiful memories as a family, moments we will keep with us for a long time. We are truly grateful for such a heartwarming experience. We left with full hearts, well-rested, and wishing we could have stayed even longer. It was simply wonderful.

The apartment is very beautiful and very well maintained, in fact the whole house is. It is also very comfortable, beds, furniture, the whole ambience. Every item has been thoughtfully selected, the furniture is very tasteful and not at all on the cheap side. The apartment has been renovated in such a way that very many historical features of the building have been retained and preserved in a very nice way. We had an apartment facing the back, so there was no noise from the road at all, only noise during the day due to some building work going on in the house next door. This was no issue as we were out all day anyway. The fact that the proprietor actually works in an office in the same building is unusual, and very helpful indeed.
