We had the best stay at this cute little hotel in the heart of Porto! From the moment we arrived, Luiz at the front desk was awesome. He was super friendly and even upgrade us to a room with river view!
The hotel itself is small but so cozy and welcoming. They offer free coffee and tea, plus some delicious cakes and cookies to snack on. And on New Year's Eve, they even treated everyone with sparkling wine—such a nice touch!
The location is perfect for exploring Porto, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during these couple of days. Great vibes, great service, and little extras that made the stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Porto!

It's a beautiful boutique hotel in very good location. All of staff are kind and nice. especially Sergio always wears smile and super friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! They go above and beyond with gowns and slippers and they even noticed my birthday and organised a piece of cake for me!

From the first moment you feel very friendly attitude of staff, they offered me Portuguese portwine while check in and inside the room it was nice letter with wishes and very tasty Portuguese desserts. It made my mood after the flight.
The location is perfect for whom wanna explore the old city of Ribeira.
I was surprised by hygienic staff from Clarins in the washroom.
I can say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever been.
I wanna thank a men who works at the restaurant, who was serving the breakfasts. He is such a nice person, helped me with luggage.
