We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room.
There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more.
The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts.
On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture.
We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Stunning property, great spa. Also some small touches that made a difference: we were shown to the room and shortly afterwards housekeeping knocked on the door to check everything was ok. Fresh fruit in the room also.

We really enjoyed the various breakfast every day, the personnel was very very polite and helpful. The cleaning service is also fast. We were satisfied by the everything. The location was very good cuz it’s close to main attractions . Pool is also clean and nice (from 6 to 8 evening only women hours, also good)
