Honestly, your staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. From Esther on the front desk, to Phillip at Gogogaga, we felt so welcomed, listened to and there was not a single thing I would change about our stay. My sister and I love travelling and this was hands down our favourite place we have stayed in this year. Every corner of the hotel was carefully designed and the entire trip from start to end felt magical.
