Our stay at The Architects’ House was an absolute delight from start to finish. Henrik is one of those rare hosts who combines genuine warmth, professionalism, and an eye for detail that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Communication was seamless—every message was answered quickly and with kindness. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and Henrik went out of his way to make sure the apartment was ready for us by 9 a.m. His welcome message was so thoughtful and clear that check-in felt effortless. The apartment itself is stunning—full of character, beautifully designed, and steeped in history. You can feel the soul of Stockholm in every detail. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Gamla Stan, on a quiet, picturesque street, steps away from the subway and the old town’s best cafés and restaurants. Small touches made all the difference—a bottle of wine waiting for us, fresh towels delivered with care, and the cozy atmosphere that made us feel like true locals. Even when a small issue came up with the hair dryer, Henrik’s immediate and gracious response reminded us how much he values his guests’ comfort. Room was absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, spacious, very comfortable bed. Elevator, which is rare. Unbelievably awesome breakfast spread! Very helpful friendly staff. Great location in Old Town Stockholm, walking distance to all the sites and ferries. Window opened onto very quiet street. Had secure luggage storage.

I've stayed at the Reisen twice - once with my boyfriend for my birthday and another time, I booked the hotel for my parents when they visited Stockholm. Both times were very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The best part of the stay is using the sauna and swimming pool! The fuzzy slippers and bathrobes in the room are a nice touch, too. The Reisen's location by the water in Gamla Stan is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. You can also walk across the street and take a boat ride to other areas of Stockholm.

It's very cool. The room was small, it's a boat, but enought. The bed is very comfortable, the shower very good and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is very good and The staff are adorable
