We liked everything, the staff is very friendly and helpful , and , by the way, people complained about breakfast that is the same every day , totally wrong, you can ask for everything you want and they prepare for you , including espresso coffee. The location is brilliant, most sight within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and very professional, from the people at reception to the ones who took care of our suitcase to the one who opened the door to the breakfast room for us (and explained the high tech toaster) to all the serving and cleaning staff. Everyone seems to be very motivated and very keen to make the Marrol’s a truly exceptional hotel.
