Kasayapi was a dream stay from start to finish. Noom is a born host, she made me feel like Bangkok was my home. She was helpful above and beyond in absolutely every regard. The breakfast was sensational. The Thai option of course. When in Rome. The design and attention to detail is felt in every aspect. Id only ever stay here when visiting Bangkok again.

I was drawn to this hotel because of its stunning architecture. Despite being located in the city, Neil Niwas offers a serene atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in the bustling heart of Bangkok. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast by the river. The serene setting combined with a delicious meal made for a perfect start to each day. Additionally, the owner of the hotel could not have been kinder. There were plenty of plugs in the room, which is a small but significant convenience. Every aspect of the hotel is thoughtfully designed to enhance the guest experience, making it a truly unique place to stay.

There is something magical about this place. 2min walk from beautiful temple Arun Wat. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Most importantly the owners are very friendly. Our room was spacious, beds comfortable, pretty big AND VERY CLEAN bathroom. I spent almost 2 months in Thailand and that was the cosiest place on our way. There is a kitchen on ground floor that you can use. Tea,.coffee, cookies, instant soups, kettle, juice. Plates, mugs, everything that you need. I actually felt like I'm visiting relatives, not that I'm staying in hotel. Thanks for that !

I spent 2 nights in the lovely room and I loved it. I was greeted by the owner’s aunt, who kindly helped me with my suitcase (there’s no elevator) and even with the laundry — which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. It’s located in a building with only apartments, so it was very quiet. They were also flexible with the check-out time, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again!

Since I was travelling for business, I especially liked the quietness and spaciousness of the apartment. The place is located in a nice neighbourhood, just the right distance from the busy and buzzing main streets. Also, they have a very clean, really large swimming pool.

We really liked our stay. The location ss good right next to a metro station. The self check in process was well explained and smooth. Room was also very clean. Didn't meet any staff during my stay so I can't really comment on that. It was also very nice having a café on the ground floor.

Room is new and clean, quiet at night so nothing to complain about ! It’s well located to jump in the metro and go anywhere in Bangkok !
