Everything: the staff super nice, the room very clean and nice decorated, even if simple.
The location is good, you can walk to the Pier and Kaosan Road in 5 minutes, to Royal Palace in 15 minutes.
Very nice they let you take cold water bottles from the fridge until the checkout day.
The breakfast is nice.
I will come back.

Beautiful hotel! Great location. Lovely pool area with comfortable sunbeds & seating area overlooking the river. Delicious food, all meals were lovely. Excellent service from all staff, make you feel welcome & eager to help make your stay enjoyable. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Comfortable big double bed with good quality bedlinen & towels. Would definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok!

Best accommodation we’ve stayed in Bangkok (and I’ve been here many times already to compare). The villa is in a perfect location inside the old town. I like how quiet the neighborhood is but how near it is to authentic thai eats and tourist spots like Grand Palace, Giant Swing, and Golden Mountain. There is a 7eleven nearby, vegan restaurant, and cafes.
I love the charm and cleanliness of the place.
The lounge area and room are super clean. I felt like it is cleaner and smells nicer in Villa Mungkala than in hotels!
But the most special thing about our stay is how warm the people managing and running the villa are. IP was super helpful and the other ladies (in the kitchen and reception) were super nice, too! They always ask us if we need anything or if we need help with something. They’ll always welcome us back to the villa with smiles on their faces and it honestly felt like going home to family everytime.
