By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If I ever go back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They will go the extra mile to keep the customers satisfied. The breakfast has a lot of variety and food being prepared on the spot. The executive lounge is a great addition and definitely worth it. The swimming pool is medium-sized but more than enough for our needs. Very appropriate price for all that's included. Definitely recommended

For me, it's this Hotel's STAFFS that really made this place an EXCEPTIONAL one. From the entrance, the kind uncle ran towards us to get our HANDCARRY luggages despite us telling him we could manage. The front desk duty gentleman was very kind enough to let us stay in the lobby while waiting for check-in time and suggested activities we could do, (we arrived around 3am), and the next staff on duty graciously allowed us to check-in at 8am so we could rest ( we checked out before 6am the next day). The 7-11 is just right next to it that you could even go in your pajamas if you want to and there's a washing machine in the Hotel's premise.. There's a coffee and tea dispenser machine in the lobby for free, and the Milktea is a must try! At night for dinner, a noodle shop opens also beside the hotel that serves delicious food is a bonus. The hotels aesthetic when it comes to design is so cohesive that it's almost like art. So whoever did it's interior design deserves a pat in the back. The only downside for us was that it's a little bit far from the places of interests that we wanted to go to since we don't know our way around Bangkok and we only rely on Grab. There are Buses just a few feet from the hotel ( less that 5mins walk) but we just didn't have the time to explore or learn their routes. Overall this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for it's cleanliness, location due to its convenience, safety, quiet neighborhood, and it's WONDERFUL STAFFS.
