Of the three different hotels we stayed in during our trip to Thailand, this was by far our favourite. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area is so beautiful and the poolside food and beverage service was excellent. We loved the sky bar too. The view was amazing. The location is steps away from the Night Bazaar which was a fun nightly activity to get dinner and shop.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Thailand. The room was very comfortable and the place has a lovely calm atmosphere, you can chill out and read a book or have a beer overlooking the river. The owner was friendly and had 3 lovely dogs :) It’s in a great location, easy to walk to loads of good places in the old city. Would 100% recommend.

Great stay. Definitely worth it for the rooftop infinity sky river pool. It is absolutely beautiful and such an amazing experience. Highly recommend after a long day touring. Relatively short 20 minute walk to old town. Clean, has a washer/dryer which is convenient and all the things one would need. Great stay!

It felt like home. Slightly smaller but much better than staying at a hotel. It has a separate bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

The hotel is super central in Chiang Mai, at 400 meters from the Night Market and next to shops, pharmacy and restaurants. The style of this structure is traditional Thai- really beautiful - and this reflects in any corner of the hotel. Trees, colorful flowers and well maintained vegetation surround all the area. All is very quiet. The swimming pool is not a huge one, but well located, very clean and has beach-beds in adequate quantity for the guests. Towels are provided Front desk personnel speak good English.

Amazing! Very nice hotel! We have been sleeping there 3 times in different occasions during our stay in the North. They let us store our backpack there during the trip, and communication was great, we have been booking the extra nights that we need speaking directly with the owner.. thanks for everything!

On the top of the building there is a nice roof where you can hang out!
Position is great as it is in the middle of the night bazaar but honestly we had zero problem sleeping!

The hotel was clean, well kept, quiet and located in a fantastic spot. It was quiet yet easy to get to places. The staff were amazing. They were polite, accommodating, hospitable and very caring. The hotel is home away from home. The staff were very good at personalising every guests experience. This is a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it. Well done everyone.
