The hotel is very nice . It has a parking and this is a big advantage. Great location for us . Memorial hospital is only 10 minutes walking. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable . There is a kitchen box to prepare some fast hot food for the child. 24 hours reception . The staff on the reception is very helpful . I am very grateful for their help as my daughter was with a broken leg and we stood in the hotel 8 days. They met all our special requests. Excellent customer service. All staff ( BKF , Housekeeping ) is very polite and friendly. I highly recommend ELM Suite Hotel and definitely will be back soon. Nina and Marina

This is brand new build building. So everything is fresh, new and comfortable. We found breakfast in walking distance with lots of options. Free parking on spot with no problem. We enjoyed stay.

I had the most incredible experience during my three-day stay at this hotel, especially considering it was during Ramadan 2024. Fasting while traveling can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris provided exceptional guest services that surpassed anything I've encountered in my travels worldwide. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Not only did they upgrade me to a sweet room, but they also made sure every aspect of my stay was seamless. The timely delivery of Iftar and Sohor meals was particularly appreciated, as it made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. Overall, this hotel deserves more than just five stars. The dedication and friendliness of the staff, especially Miss Dilara and her manager Mr.Baris, truly set it apart.
