I’ve been coming to Istanbul for over 15 years and it’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Location is super convenient, walking distance or short taxi / tram / boat ride to all sites. Breakfast is exceptional. Excellent olives, cheeses …. The view from the rooftop restaurant is one of the best in town. The staff was super helpful and attentive. Harun at reception and Serken bellboy took great care of us on check in day, they stored our bags, offered us tea and even sent a what’s app message once the room was ready. Serdar looked after us on check out date. Everyone was super helpful, booked the upstairs restaurant for us to have dinner on our last night and arranged transfer to the airport. We really needed it after 3 days waking around Istanbul

We had an incredible honeymoon at this hotel! The entire experience was unforgettable, thanks especially to Mustafa and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us like family and made us feel at home. Mustafa’s kindness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a perfect stay. The reception team was always friendly, answering every question with a smile, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. The food was also exceptional—every meal was a delight! A special thanks to the bellboy, who went above and beyond on our last day to help us get a taxi to the airport despite marathon road closures. This team made our first trip to Istanbul memorable, and we’re already missing them all!

This experience with Badatliyan Hotel was amazing! Great staff, cute and stylish present for the guests ar the last day, very good breakfast and absolutely comfortable location. Rooms, etc., are very clean always. I could mark the men at reception and Aysude ( guest relation group) as a friendly and welcoming guys )))

Location of the hotel is great as it is located close to Galata Tower, Galata bridge, Karakoy port, Metro station, Istiklal street etc. Receptionist was awesome and has provided us with free extern modem so we can use internet outside the hotel and has also gave us the Istanbulkart so we didn't need to buy it. I'm not sure about his name but he is mixed black/ arab. Owner of the hotel was also great as she has always welcomed us at the breakfast. Lady who serves the guests is also great.
