My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

Definitely the best staff I encountered in any hotel in my life. They constantly want to go the extra mile, very polite and elegant. Classy staff members. Good manners. Location of the hotel is the best by far with the Swiss hotel. Great views and close to everything you need as a tourist for a pleasant stay. High quality rooms and facilities. Best staff ever!
