Dear Pam Team, I love your hotel and I will definitely return soon. I appreciate that swimming is now possible until 23:00 (before only 22:00). Please keep until 23:00, this is a big plus, swimming in the night in hot pools is so very nice experience. I also want outpoint the professionality of the hole hotel staff, they work very hard especially in the dinner room and downstair in the bar and pool outside. Thank you and for the fruit basket and thank you for your team making me always such a nice holiday

The food and its variety were above average. The staff was very polite and helpful with our requests. My mother allegedly lost her sunglasses and reported this at the reception. The staff was invaluable and promised to review the security camera footage. Additionally, they received our contact details and contacted us a few days after our checkout, sharing an image of a recently found pair of sunglasses.

Very good hotel, I enjoyed the food and the turkish bath, very good way to relax.

Everything!!!! Never felt as relaxed as I have after having been just 10 min in the hot outdoor thermal pool. Great food as well.

It’s the spandorectly in your bathroom. It could be convinient for people who just want to have some privacy. Very polite and helpful owner. Nice simple stay here for visiting pamukalle.

We loved the indoor and outdoor thermal pools, the dining was absolutely delicious, extremely varied hot and cold buffet style. Evening entertainment made for a nice relaxed evening. Rooms were spacious, clean and very very comfortable,

Best place with value for money. This is a very clean and professional place to stay in the region. I would highly recommend it. The pools are a bit smaller than other places I have been to but the positives out weigh anything else. This was my second visit and I would come again the third time without a doubt! Many thanks to all staff who have been incredible with my kids too.
