This was one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in. It is very modern and secure. The dorm rooms don't even feel like dorm rooms because of the capsule style beds. The hostel features very big social areas and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is also very good and the staff are helpful.

This hostel has the best location to get up early for bus. The shared bathroom is big and clean. The curtain and small light bulb for each bed gives decent privacy. The rooftop common area looks great too, even though I didn’t have the chance to enjoy that.

The staffs there provided an excellent service for pick-up. They pick-up us from Ita Thao to their hotel. They even bring us to the Formosa Culture village when the cable car was out of service due windy condition. They also provided some advice on how to plan some visits. The staff also has exclusive discount for boat ride, bicycle rent and Formosa Culture village tickets. Can also play with their friendly dogs.

A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.
