First staff, very helpful and they know their job. For the first time I see that when I arrived and approached reception desk receptionist called me by my name, said he was expecting me, everything was prepared ahead and he just gave me the keys which he was already holding in his hand. What a VIP service.

The room although small is very well appointed and had all the necessary amenities. Loved the proximity to many local attractions including the Boston marathon finish line. Really appreciated the staffs’ helpfulness with storing our bags as we had an early morning arrival from the cruise ship. The on site cafe served delicious beverages and tasty snacks which we enjoyed eating on the outside patio while people watching. Great evening ambience and felt very safe in the area.
