The location was perfect, the staff are so nice and attentive to every need. We couldn’t ask for a better hotel in the downtown of Boston. Perfect choice! Room is spacious and comfortable and so clean. You also get complimentary treats which makes you smile. Highly recommended.

The hotel concept is wonderful. Even if you are not someone who loves rock music. Our room was really nice with a lot of space for our luggage. The cleaning staff was great and the people were really kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is also great because there are some metro stations near the hotel, but the neighborhood has a lot to offer (especially if you are a baseball fan).

While I can't remember everyone's name, Mark is one that stands out - so helpful our first day. Checked our bags so we could sightsee until check in. Every staff Member was so kind, friendly and helpful. And they assisted us with the different and wonderful beverage machines in the lobby. 14/10 would recommend and visit again. I'll think I'll come with my husband next time!

Very beautiful setting, so relaxing looking out at the sea. The room is huge! Lovely gestures, like juice and apples left out for guests and at night time cooked before bed! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Super!!!! This has been one of our best stays in many years!

First time in Boston and first time in The Langham. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent, the hotel is a beautiful building with really nice facilities, the room was warm and inviting, comfortable bed and a great bathroom. But the best part in this hotel is the people who work in The Langham. Everyone try to make you feel at home. In reception, in the Grana (restaurant), concierge, housekeeping personnel....absolutely everyone was kind, friendly and extremely efficient.
We´ll come back.
