the breakfast was very poor in quality and service. the bar was most of the time closed and there was no foodservice at our arrival available. only room service. all in all not RC standart

The staff at the reception is probably the greatest I have seen in the last 5-10 years. Really the nicest possible!!! Rooms were clean and good!

I was happy with my little corner room. Plenty big enough for 1 and although the shower was small I am only 5 ft tall. I was travelling alone on my way back to Bermuda from a business trip and needed some Boston time. All staff were friendly and happy even when I checked out for the airport at 3.30am. My breakfast was 1st class. My husband and I had stayed here one time before when we were visiting hospitals for his cancer so it was nice to stay somewhere familiar but not close by the hospitals.
