Very beautiful setting, so relaxing looking out at the sea. The room is huge! Lovely gestures, like juice and apples left out for guests and at night time cooked before bed! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Super!!!! This has been one of our best stays in many years!

We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

The suite was absolutely brilliant, I did not realise it would be so spacious from the photographs, I really appreciate all the space and the layout of the furniture is clever.
A comfortable bed, a decently sized bathroom with separate shower room and the kitchen area is functional.
Staff were super lovely and happy to chat with me, breakfast was good and varied.
The location seems a bit unusual as it is very close to the port facilities, but actually it is very easy to get to city centre, eithr on foot or by bus, so not a problem for me.
