This renovated apartment is lovely. We had a wonderful stay. We traveled there with two of our adult sons, and it had more than enough room. At night, we would hang out in the basement together. The subway is so close, a few bodegas within a 5-minute walk! I did my homework, and this lived up to the other reviews. When I go back again, I will definitely stay here if it is available!!! Also, it is comparable to what you pay for a hotel room, which are always small in NYC.

We upgraded to a larger room with a nice view which was definitely worth it. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar area with the fireplace was perfect for meetings.

The location was very central so moving around downtown or taking the metro was very easy. But beyond location the staff was very helpful at all times. Lastly the hotel restaurants sometimes aren’t welcoming except for this hotel’s.

They really used the floor space very efficiently. We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.
