The hotel is very well located in Brooklyn close to the subway station, markets, pharmacy and restaurants. Spacious room for NYC standards, very clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast by NYC standards too (most hotels don't have it) - they offer waffles, bagels, breads, coffee, milk, juices, eggs, cereal, etc. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel when I visit NYC again.

The room was very smartly laid out with tons of hooks and storage space. The location in Gowanus was very convenient for me and there are many breweries nearby. I didn’t use the common spaces but they looked good. Check in staff were super friendly.

Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

We upgraded to a larger room with a nice view which was definitely worth it. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar area with the fireplace was perfect for meetings.
