A very clean and spacious room, well-equipped, with comfortable beds, excellent furnishings and interior design, and warm, pleasant lighting. A spacious bathroom with high-quality toiletries and soap. Excellent room service and staff, with very helpful reception personnel. Clear and transparent pricing system (no hidden costs, full transparency). The price was exceptionally good value; unfortunately, the regular price is quite high and would require finding alternative accommodation.

First of all, the location is amazing - central with great public transportation around. Staff was very helpful and always with a smile. The room was nice and comfy. Best stay we had in our trip, no doubt!

I am a sick music fan, but while booking, I didn't check on the photos and was looking at other things. When I arrived and looked around, I wanted to scream! This place is like I have died and went to rock music heaven! The hotel is also combined with a pool, a restaurant, and a bar - and from this day on, this is officially my hotel in Boston!

While I can't remember everyone's name, Mark is one that stands out - so helpful our first day. Checked our bags so we could sightsee until check in. Every staff Member was so kind, friendly and helpful. And they assisted us with the different and wonderful beverage machines in the lobby. 14/10 would recommend and visit again. I'll think I'll come with my husband next time!
