The room size is big enough and you find all things you need daily. Coffee and Water is always for free. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The Atwood restaurant is a really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taste and quality of the food is always delicious. All staff is very friendly and always helpful. I had a great experience at the River Hotel in Chicago. The self check-in and auto-payment system made everything fast, modern, and super convenient. The receptionists were quick, friendly, and always ready to help if needed.
One of the best parts is the location—it’s right on the Riverwalk, just across the street, and right next to the Trump Tower. It’s a perfect spot for exploring downtown Chicago. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

How accommodating the staff were. The front desk were able to let us check in early. After a 14hour flight we struggled to sightsee until check-in time.
Our Breakfast server, Ariane, was delightfully cheerful, asking after everyone, humming away. Such a treasure. The location was within minutes of Union Station, Sears Tower, L train,, Starbucks, 24hour minimart (circle k) and walgreens.
