The reception staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being from northern Europe, we aren't used to air-conditioning and a technician came to our room with a ladder and turned the air-con off for us. 😊
The cleaners brought us fresh coffee and water whenever we asked.
The double beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be back next year!

It’s beyond my expectations! All the things here are so comfortable and nice, and the location is great. I like the room, gym and bar. By the way the IPA beer in the bar is so good! And the bartender Ady is very professional and kind. I will recommend CitizenM to my friends and also post my recommendation in my social media soon.

It was an old building (of course!) but very clean. Location is the best as close to all central touristy stuff! We walked around during the night, no safety problem. Rooms are cleaned everyday
