Moxy lower east side is home away from home. Everything about it was perfect . I can’t say any single fact about this place. From the moment you reach from the airport your feel so welcomed when they get your bags for you open the doors for you and my favorite doorman was Alex . Alex is wonderful. Just his greetings coming and going from the hotel makes ur day . Such an energetic beautiful soul that makes your day . Me and my husband loved him and we wish him all the best . So sorry for the people who don’t get to meet him. The reception . Well, we were welcomed by Daniel who was wonderful and made our 8 days stay extra special and perfect and exceeded our expectations . He was very attentive to us and to our requests and a 10/10 doesn’t do him justice because he was beyond that . Honestly, just seeing a smile and having a listening ears makes the guest comfortable that they did not make the wrong decision by booking this hotel so Daniel has all these skills . Again, he is the best and we and the guests who dealt with him were so lucky to have him around. Rooms are so cozy and clean we had daily room cleaning service which I LOVED. Even whoever I meet in our floor to ask for something from the room service people , they never say no and always happy to help. I travel around the world and I can assure you that this hotel is one of the best you can get in the states. This is not my first time I stay with Moxy lower east side but my second time and for sure not the last time and already planning my return. I just hope that the quality, customer service stay the same.

Super funky decorations which doesn’t seem important when booking, but when staying it is really pleasant to have so much fun eye candy. The breakfast was simple but well done, good eggs, nice bread, barista only coffee. The view from our room was beautiful (11th floor), and the rooftop bar was even more spectacular. Just a few minutes walk to the station. Recommend stretching your budget to make this one work!

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and communication from the beginning was very quick. The room is exactly as in the advertisement, spacious, clean and organized. About the location, it is in a quiet area of ​​NYC, very easy to get around.

I had a phenomenal stay at this property. Check-in was completed virtually and I was able to access the building and my room with a unique code -- no need to carry around room keys! The room was clean and equipped with a coffee maker, coffee pods, and two complementary water bottles. Guest services were readily available to assist me via text and there is also a handy virtual front desk with info on the property and surrounding area.
