Terrific room with a view. Clean, had all the toiletries one needs, and room service was great. My objectives were: to be able to walk to the Whitney, the Highline and then to the Chelsea galleries. So the Gansevoort was a perfect stay.

Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

This was our second stay at The Wallace and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in NYC. Beautiful boutique hotel in the quiet Upper West Side, close to Central Park and easy subway access. We upgraded to a larger room with a nice view which was definitely worth it. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and the bar area with the fireplace was perfect for meetings.
