I love the swimming pool how it views Mt.Hood, staff makes sure you have everything you need. breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed the bar down stairs for night caps. I will definitely be returning !

The warm breakfast was really nice and healthy. One staff member even walked around before the breakfast closing time to offer the guests some sweets for dessert. The room was really comfortable and cozy, good for a stay after a rainy day in Portland. The central location was pleasant, and the reception on Tuesday afternoon was really helpful. He knew the best place to buy souvenirs, and he handed me the dining guide with the recommended food trucks!

The cleanliness of the place. I have mold allergy. This place is clean! I stayed here for 6 nights on the 10th floor for a conference at a nearby hotel. House keeping was awesome! They have a schedule but when ask for extra supplies, they willingly provide with a smile. Staff at the front desk are very courteous and polite. Location was perfect! I will definitely come back!

I didn't order breakfast. The bed was so comfy with such amazing light and peace that we lounged until lunch time. The room decor was beautiful and elegant as well as clean and fresh smelling with plenty of thick absorbent towels as well as bright crisp white linens and fluffy towels.
