We stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed and a kitchenette. We were really comfortable, there was enough space for the 3 of us. The hotel is nice, there is a playroom with a pool table and the location is central.

The room was spacious enough. The queen beds were very comfortable. The shower was great and the bathroom was very spacious as well. The location of the hotel in Union Square was excellent. The hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, and local transportation.

Room was wonderful and staff very helpful. Location was great for our first ever visit to San Fran. Walked to stores, restaurants, tram and Fisherman’s Wharf.
Special thanks to the man on duty on our departure. After our transfer to the airport fell through at the last minute, he stepped in and made sure we got to where we needed. Very much appreciated!
