Absolutely superb apartment with fabulous views of the conservation area. It was immaculately clean, and had everything you need. Nice little touches like toiletries etc. The bed was super comfortable. Great location for both Tampa and Clearwater etc. Great little poolside bar too. We had a slight issue with the door, but Melissa attended the property and it was sorted.

We absolutely loved the balcony & the view! Lots of parking. Property felt safe & secure. The private beach is lovely, even though you can't swim off it. There is a close by pool.

I liked the staff, the room, facilities and general set up, all staff are helpful and make you feel comfortable. The location is near the airport, everything you'd want to do is reachable with Uber, excellent stay.

We checked in for the last night of our stay in Florida. We were leaving the following morning so booked the Hyatt as an easy jump to the airport. We unfortunately had rainy weather most of our trip, when we arrived at the Grand Hyatt the whole trip and bad weather just went away. The grounds, hotel- everything was perfect. I ended up changing my flight just so we could stay an extra day and enjoy the weather and beauty and “vacation” that we missed out on. We had a Casita, the pool was perfect, the staff was amazing- I can’t say enough. They literally turned a horrible trip into a great one- even if for only two days!

The accommodation was well appointed with extra appliances and electronics to other units that I previously stayed in. It had a kettle (always good for a tea drinker), air fryer, panini press in the kitchen. There were plenty of pans and trays for cooking which you don't always get. There was a blue ray player and PS4 and arcade game to keep the younger generation occupied plus a monopoly and cards. Outdoor games were also provided in the unit. There was also a vacuum in the unit which is a bonus for longer stays. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels etc.
