I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.
First of all, you get a sense of luxury as soon as you arrive.
The staff is amazingly friendly, contrasting with an otherwise unfriendly city.
We had a suite on a high floor with a corner view - possibly the best room I've ever experience in my life.
When we told them we were on our honeymoon, they prepared for us a beautiful little cake and greeting card - it's little things like this that make it an even more amazing experience.
Breakfast was also incredibly rich and diverse.

Great location and value for what you pay - there are nicer hotels in the old quarter but if you’re looking for a good balance between cost and quality, this place is great! You’re also very close to the lake without too much of that lake side traffic. The 24/7 staff are also very helpful and friendly. They helped us book a last minute tour to Ninh Binh and were great with recommendations of what to. They connected us with the best tour guide as well, and gave us a lovely discount. Laundry service was fine and pricing was fair, but if you’re worried about shrinkage make sure to make appropriate notes.
