The homestay was located in very central area and safe neighbourhood near Hoi An ancient town. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and they made us feel at home. Breakfast was very very good. Room was clean with good sized bathroom and well-equipped facilities. Highly recommend the place for future guests

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town.
Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

We had a wonderful stay at the First Hoianese Wellness Centre Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Old Town and the river, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
The hospitality was outstanding. Julie, Anne, and Emma were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They arranged a free walking tour for us and also helped organise a coconut boat ride, which was so much fun and a real highlight of our trip.
The breakfast was generous and delicious, the perfect start to each day.
Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in Hoi An.
