Newly built super nice bungalows built under a coconut plantation . Walking distance to the most beautiful sunset beach. Close to town , restaurants, coffee shops etc high quality linen and at last a soft mattress . Nice spacious terrace on each bungalow and huge bathroom with skylight. Breakfast was of high quality served in a very well designed 2 story cafe/coffee shop/ reception etc The resort is family run and we got a very special service from “ IT “ the owners son. I am a pretty demanding guest at times and everything was no problem for these guys to get it sorted. Will defo be back .

Had such an amazing stay here, would highly recommend! Stayed in the AC villa and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also a 8min walk to the closest beach, and a 10-15min walk to Koh Jum village, as well as a short drive to anywhere on the island! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer, the owners are really lovely and the food at their restaurant is delicious!

Beautiful wooden bungalows on a nice private beach. Very friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Taeng and all her staff were very nice and helpful. She organised our transfers from Ao Nang and to Koh Lanta and gave lots of advice about the island. The food was absolutely delicious. Thanks Taeng for everything!

If your definition of paradise is to stay a few feet away from a serene, pristine beach, then this might be the place for you! The owners and the whole staff are lovely, caring and easy-going and will quickly make you feel at home. The food is delicious and the bar on the beach at sunset is probably the best place to be on the island. The bungalows are well equipped and the beds comfortable. We very much enjoyed being able to rent a scooter and a stand up paddle board to explore the island inland and offshore. This place seems to attract respectful tourists looking for calm, which is a major plus! The resort is at a walking distance of other restaurants and cafes, giving options for meals.

Our stay at Velora was absolutely amazing! We were greeted at the pier by the complimentary tuktuk driver who was very friendly and took us to Velora. We were then greeted with a drink by the lovely Heela. She was so kind and provided us with everything we needed including a great lunch recommendation. The oceanview villa was absolutely stunning and very clean! The breakfast in the morning was perfect as well. We couldn’t have asked for anything more…except for a longer stay.

We loved this place. Super laid back and friendly. Staff were lovely and made you feel like family. We made friends and ate delicious food. Cook was great! daily massages with Muy were so affordable and really good.Highly recommend if your looking for peace and tranquility. Room was very simple but comfortable.

Absolutely paradise for relaxing , stunning hotel and the staff are all polite friendly and very thoughtful. We had already planned out our thailand adventure and this wasn't part of it until we decided to go somewhere different and wow what a master stroke. We hired scooters and rode around this tiny island and had so much fun. The food and service was fantastic too. I will be back again next year no doubt about it. A big big thank you to the Wynn kohjum family you guys are amazing

We went there with our 1-year old baby- this place isn't exactly baby-friendly due to all the stairs and open balconies, but we had a great time anyways. The beach right in front is rocky but we found a nice, shady cove where the baby could play and we could dip in between the rocks. The staff was great and went above and beyond to accomodate us and provided an extra fan for the baby. All in all, a great place and great value for money.

Great place run and built by a kind, local family. Totally peaceful location, really tasty local cuisine at the restaurant. Six bungalows, all well built and situated, temperatures never too high despite no AC. Large terraces, easy for setting up hammocks. Place looks even better live than on the pictures. Convenient access everywhere on the island with a scooter. Free kayaks available, fun alternative means of reaching the adjoining beach up north. Best stay on our trip.

Excellent location, very kids friendly, the staff was very kind and service minded- they made porridge and soft vegatables for our baby upon request. The bungalows overlook the sea and the monkeys play in the trees and on the beach (or on the terrace if you forget food there!) Our little daughter enjoyed everything about it!
