Everything was excellent, a big 10, nice room with good shower, airco and bed. Everything really clean. really nice employees, nice swimming pool, and a good restaurant with good breakfast and diner with live music which we really liked. What I really like, and a BIG example for everyone, that there is almost NO plastic. They sell you a reusable water bottle and you can use free drinking water all day! And no plastic straws.

Featuring free Wi-Fi throughout the property and just a few metres from Jatiuca Beach, Porto Kaeté Hotel features accommodation in Maceió. I wish this was the hotel I could find in every place I travel! Everything was excellent. It started when I asked if I could receive a document there (my previous hotel turned me down) and they said yes. The room was immaculate, cleaned everyday, and restocked with more than I needed. Everything worked - the shower was great, the AC, the TV, etc. Breakfast was excellent, and I ate dinner twice in the restaurant where I received good food and great service. The pool was nice - short but a little longer than most others. Before going there, I asked on Booking how long the pool was. I have asked this question to many hotels, but this was the first one to ever answer. In every way, this hotel went a step beyond!

Best accommodations and service I ever experienced. Staff at the front desk is very kind, Victoria and Yasmin made everything work out perfectly so we can feel comfortable and have a great time. The beach is amazing! Great cristal clear water and the pool guys (Daniel, Jonas and I missing the other guy’s name) they are very friendly and nice people, we had amazing conversations with them and they were always attentive with a keen eye to anticipate and supply our needs.

Special thanks once again to the great and awesome staff at the reception as well as in the back office. They supported us in their best way they could after one of our group fellows suffered from medical issues and had to ne transferred to hospital by ambulance. We will always be grateful. Moreover nice and clean rooms, with comfortable beding. Strong and reliable WiFi. Breakfast was awesome, special thanks to the guy who prepared the Tapioca and eggs at the live cooking station.
