We stayed here as a family while traveling between the Belize and Mexico border, and it was the perfect convenient stop. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the secure parking gave us peace of mind. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and our kids were really disappointed after a long car ride. That’s when Shahida stepped in. She immediately noticed their disappointment and asked what she could do for us. Thanks to her, we were able to use the whirlpool jacuzzi in a suite, and she completely saved our evening. Huge THX to Shahida for going above and beyond for our family!

Orchid Bay Resort ligt direct aan Orchid Bay Beach, in een afgelegen gebied van Corozal Bay. I like the individual and very private casitas for the guests. Ours was "garden view" but only a few feet from the water. Meals at the restaurant were very good, plentiful and tasty! We would definitely stay there again.
