The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

Det er 3 gang vi har holdt ferie på FloraAlpina og endnu engang super tilfredse. Personalet er virkelig flinke og hjælpsomme. Restauranten serverer dejlig mad. Lækkert poolområde. Nydelige værelser og så er der jo beliggenheden - helt fantastisk. Vi har booket igen næste år.

Seehotel Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality ligger i en bygning fra 1870, i en privat park ved Lucerne-søen. Det har egen adgang til søen, gratis wi-fi samt spaområde. Fabulous location. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. I was lucky to be given a room upgrade on arrival to a room with an amazing lake view. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and served in a lovely peaceful room with lake views.
