The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

Room is very cozy and clean, and provided us with all the toiletries, there is hot water for shower. there are pets and they are so friendly to pet, is suitable for little kids. Would come back again in the future.
