This was the loveliest property we stayed at in Japan. Very spacious, fantastically equipped, beautiful traditional decor, reasonable price. The location is maybe a little out of the way for public transport but great if travelling by car. The town itself is traditional and full of character and the surrounding countryside is lovely. We hope to go back for a longer stay one day.

倉敷ながや Kurashiki Nagaya ligger i Kurashiki, kun 4 minutters gang fra Shinkei-en. Her er gratis wi-fi og gratisprivat parkering. Such a beautiful home with the loveliest owners. The owner met us and gave us a tour around the house and his daughter wrote us a gorgeous letter and made origami! We felt so welcome. The home is in a perfect location close to the historial district but away from the hustle and bustle. It had everything we needed and was especially great for our 1.5 year old son with a whole Japanese play room with toys! It would be perfect for a younger baby too as the owner had a baby bath, a rocker and other baby items. Definitely recommend this home for anyone but especially those with young children!
