Facilities and grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Enjoyed the shower🥰. The staff are most welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to ensure a most pleasant experience. Lovely place for big families or friends to get away to with loads of activities around to keep you all occupied. Wifi also quite good.

Mukima manor .. one of the best places I ever stayed in my life, the house is very classy and rich of history, I was impressed with the beauty on every corner it’s well arranged. I have enjoyed every moment in the house being in the middle of the nature surrounded by flowers, birds and beautiful views. The staff are so nice , they were taking care of all the details and very friendly , I was alone in my visit but I never felt bored they even helped me with the trip arrangements and booking with the best tour guide. The food was really delicious and tasty , I enjoyed every meal that I had. All the moments that I had in Mukima house were unforgettable and for sure it won’t be my last visit.

Sunsets on the patio overlooking the Ol' Pejeta conservancy. Best thing, however, was the staff! Friendly and professional, made us feel welcome like I've never experienced before.

The staff at Falcon Heights Hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I had several opportunities to interact with them, and their genuine warmth made the entire stay very enjoyable for me and my family. Mr. Shadrack, the General Manager, stood out in a special way. He was very approachable and consistently checked in to ensure that all standards were met and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. That level of personal attention truly made a difference. We were also invited to a special Christmas tree lighting event, which turned out to be a magical and memorable evening with great interactions and a lovely festive atmosphere. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel facilities, especially the beautiful swimming pool for the kids. My wife particularly praised the gym facilities and the instructor, who was very helpful with exercises. This was a standout feature for her, as many hotels offer a gym but not an instructor to guide guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. We would gladly recommend Falcon Heights Hotel and look forward to visiting again.
