There is a seating area for guests to relax, a tea/coffee maker is provided. room (luxury room) was clean and big enough for all of us ( 2 adults + one child) Beds were comfortable Breakfast was simply great: nothing was missing -panettone and fresh yoghurt at cocco flavour
