The farm house is very clean with big room and comfortable bed. The surrounding is nature friendly with lots of trees and green areas. The dinner was really good with good selection of wines. The owners are sooo kind and helpful. She even gave us lots of fruits and vegetables from her garden to bring home. I will definitely come back and recommend the place.

This place is truly magical. The road leading up to the B&B winds through beautiful scenery, and when you arrive, it feels as though you’ve stepped into an oasis of peace and beauty. The grounds are lush with plants and flowers, and butterflies flutter around while you enjoy a stunning view over the hills and surrounding landscape. The B&B itself is spotlessly clean, which we find very important. Even small details stand out: the bed linens and towels smell wonderfully fresh, and little touches like finding our wine glasses washed and put away each day made us feel genuinely cared for. The swimming pool is another highlight. The water is salt-based, which we prefer, and always at a lovely temperature. There are enough sunbeds for everyone without the space ever feeling crowded, even when all the beds are occupied. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hostess, Ivana. She’s an exceptional woman: warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. We usually skip breakfast when traveling, especially in places where everything is pre-packaged. But Ivana (and sometimes her mother) prepares everything homemade, turning breakfast into something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. Ivana is the heart and soul of this place. She wished us a miracle during our stay, and we wish the same for her—though in many ways, she’s already living in one. We feel grateful to have met her, and we know this isn’t the last time our paths will cross.

We have had a lovely time staying at I conti della Serva. We were hosted by Gualtiero who was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us advice about the region and showed some places to visit. Facilities were great and clean, breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend visiting and staying there.
