The room is very spacious and charming with elegant antique furnitures, great atmosphere! The dinner was amazing! Great food and wine, they were very kind to serve us with another pre-drink of port, lots of great red wine during the dinner and with a 40years port after dinner. Breakfast is also nice and fresh! It is spectacular with the view and the surroundings. Very quiet and relaxing. The host was amazing and give the place a special vibe that make you feel at home and safe. This is the kind of place that you return to. We stayed in the villa and it was very well equipped with everything you could need.

We also enjoyed the wineyard at the bottom of the hotel and that we were allowed to walk around at any time. The place is very calm and quiet, perfect for a escape from the city hustle and bustle. Mr Jose was also of extreme kindness setting us up with a lovely boat tour through Douro on my bday. We had just asked where we could arrange for the tour and he went all the way calling the person and helping us organize. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff was really attentive. We highly recommend a stay with them!

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. everything was exceptional across the board. the quiet location, the impeccably restored farmhouse, the luxurious breakfast spread that beats 5* hotels, comfort of the rooms and bed, the stunning views... very importantly the hospitality and warmth towards our family -- we were with our toddler and the Elena, Ricardo, and Johan Matte all made us feel very welcome. our son didn't want to leave. We also highly recommend opting in for dinner. it's prepared with love and high quality ingredients.

The location was perfect, on the edge of town just off the road to the wonderful Côa museum with stunning views from the large terrace. Lovely walks on the doorstep including to Santa Barbara viewpoint & the pretty town of Foz Côa. There was no one else staying but the outside space would be large enough to share , and we also had access to a large inside sitting area with use of utility room and washing machine. The apartment itself had a huge comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a small kitchinette perfectly adequate for cooking a simple meal. Mafalda was so helpful and we woke up to a large bag of fresh bread, butter, jams & fresh fruit in the morning. Thank you so much 🥰

We were lucky enough to find a room available at this place. Due to our own miscalculation, we arrived in Pinhao a day early, and the Dorigem rooms came to our rescue. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Paula even came and picked us up from the station when all the taxis in town were unavailable. When we arrived at the property, we were treated to one of the best views in the Douro valley and a truly warm welcome from the rest of the staff. The room is on an active vineyard and olive tree orchard. The room itself is modern, stylish, and clean . The bed is very comfortable. It is in a fairly isolated location, so the staff prepared tapas for our dinner. They then left at 6 pm, leaving us on our own in this majestic property. Breakfast was tremendous with produce from the farm. We particularly enjoyed the pumpkin jam made by the owner's sister.
