I liked that the hacienda was next to a nature reserve, and we didn't have to travel in order to enjoy hiking, and birding. We enjoyed watching the different hummingbirds

The hotel is beautiful and my suite was superb with a view on to the garden at the front and the polo pitch at the rear. Food was superb, both breakfast and evening meal. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool and spa/gym facilities were clean and well equipped. A peaceful environment, perfect for some R+R..

The Airport transfer was really easy. The check in was easy and efficient. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. The room had a view of the grounds which was really nice. It was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. The grounds were lovely, and we really enjoyed the lamas wandering around. We had a few special requests during our stay and George in particular went above and beyond to help us with these. We really enjoyed our stay.
