I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cape House, and it was a truly fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and our stay was nothing short of perfect. A special mention must go to the manager, Eranda. He is one of the kindest and most inventive managers I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay incredibly enjoyable. He was especially wonderful with my son, making him feel welcome and special throughout our visit. I highly recommend the Cape House to anyone looking for a remarkable place to stay. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and Eranda’s exceptional management truly sets this place apart. We've been to many 5-star hotels all around the world, and surprisingly received the best hospotality service in this Hotel during our 2 night stay. It's a hidden gem !!! The view is epic from infinity pool. The food is Michelin level perfect. They light up dome fire while you dine outdoors (evenings might be little chill) there are 2 roms with fire place & ready to be fired up upon your request. They even put hot water bags into your bed during evening turn-down service, who expects such thing in the middle of Haputale :) Definetely will come back

The staff were beautiful people, very helpful and accommodating. The views are splendid. The FOOD IS THE BEST PART. Amazing buffets, im usually not a fan of buffet, but they were real good. They spoil you rotten. I felt like being within the property only instead of going out.

It’s beautiful and neat. The food was delicious.The location is situated close to a few activities like Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Club and the zip line. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even decorated our bed and made a special cake for our anniversary. They go the extra mile. Really an amazing place, highly recommended!

What a beautiful place ! The garden, the house, the location, the outlook, everything was wonderful to look upon. The stillness, the sound of the birds and the temple prayers. The team were incredible - so helpful and lovely to chat with. We became close with them during our stay. The food was exceptional- I don’t think we’ve eaten so well before on holiday.

Magical peaceful space set about 2k from the city of Ella, with a short tuck tuck ride to the city centre. A family run business who was so kind and nice. A big, healthy breakfast. A large double room with a big private balcony. Really comfortable bed. Would highly recommend for people who don't want to be in the madness and loudness of Ella. The owner arranged everything for us. He even recommended a lovely restaurant and dropped us to the door.

First of all, the staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, pleasant, smiling, and friendly. I especially want to mention Ishara and the Residents Manager, who were extremely helpful.
