The headline is - if you book to stay here you won’t regret it. This is the only 10/10 review I’ve ever given. This place is for you if you like…beautiful views, great food, comfortable beds, interesting activities, relaxing by the pool, excellent massages. The staff are the warmest and most helpful people who genuinely take pride in their work and support each other. Special mention to Rushanthi, Nadan, Shiva and Janarthan but all the staff are helpful, nothing is too much trouble, including helping us find the best dosa we’ve ever had in the local town of Hatton. Highly recommend the tea tour, we learnt so much, and the local self-guided walk.

Excellent Location Supper friendly staff made really made us it’s our home. Specially so flexible for meal times etc unlike many other hotel restrict the guests for last meal, breakfast time etc. there is nothing like that here and they go really out of their way to make sure that we are well comfortable.

The receptionist lady was super awesome and helped us with everything we needed. She and the whole team was very welcoming and warm and organised free laundry service even though this is not part of their usual services. The food was excellent and freshly made by an amazing chef. We got a welcoming tea and it was delicious. Our room was big and luxurious and the view was amazing whenever the mist cleared. Our stay was during the rainy season, so a little bit cold and misty outside, but we still can recommend visiting during that time. The hotel room had a (steamy!) hot shower and a heater, so no worries about getting cold there. The bed was the most comfortable one we have slept in during our whole time in Sri Lanka. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, if we are in the region!

Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.
