The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

We staid in 2023 for 1 night in the main hotel - average We staied in 2024 for 1 night at the villa - outstanding Villa worth every penny. Main room in the hotel is just as any other room. The property is still under development, but we found it better in 2024 than in 2023. more facilities, a lot of items to do there. Thinking to return and stay more days.

Heel vriendelijke service en prachtige grote kamer. Heerlijk mega groot bed! Fijne badkamer met luxe badartikelen. Lekkere badjas en slippers. Goede airconditioning. Zwembad en sauna waren super. Er was niemand op de momenten dat we er waren dus rijk voor ons alleen.

Het Katarino SPA Hotel ligt aan de voet van het Rila-gebergte, op 8 km van het skigebied van Bansko en op 2 km van Razlog. Nice calm location with a spectacular view on the mountains, nice spa (not so crowded during the daytime), a shuttle to Bansko ski station, cozy lobby with fireplace, with games and books. The food was quite nice, they have their own farm cheese, ham, wine and other products.

Embark on the ultimate ski adventure with our "Ski Stay Simplified" experience at our 5-star hotel, strategically located at the first station of the Gondola Lift. We had an amazing experience in Bansko, and a big part of that was thanks to Olena at reception. We wanted to extend our stay, but everything was fully booked. Despite the challenges, Olena went above and beyond to find us a room, making sure we could enjoy our holiday stress-free. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Thank you, Olena, for making our trip even more special! Highly recommend this hotel, especially with such an amazing staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoying a perfect location at the foot of Pirin Mountain with amazing panoramic views, the uniquely designed Regnum Bansko Aparthotel & SPA in Bansko offers luxuriously appointed apartments 600... Amazing hotel in Bansko. Great facilities. We stayed in an executive suite, a lage living are with tv and nice bedroom. Large brand new bathroom with huge walk-in shower. We were welcomed with a selection of fruit. Great pool and water slides. All surrounded with great Mountain View’s. Spa treatments were great (thank you Antonia! 😀). Restaurant has great food, breakfast large variety and also lunch menu is recommended. Reasonable prices. Staff was polite and professional. All together a great experience and the best hotel we stayed in, in Bulgaria, so far. We stayed in Block B, a renovated part of the hotel.
